Download VMware viclient

Yes I know you can download it directly from the web interface to VirtualCenter or an ESX host but sometimes you you may be working in an environment without web access enabled and there isn’t a VIclient in sight.

I’ve also noticed its a pain in the ass to find on Google, so I figured I’d pop it here for all to download.

(This is from my ESX 3.5 update 5 host. So it’s the newest version I’m aware of)

    Thanks! It was going to take like 20 minutes to download over my VPN, you just saved me 19 minutes!

    THX a lot! I too was searching the web for several days! Please note that the VI client connection will not work if you login with a user who is already logged in over the browser.

    Thankyou soooo much! I was going crazy looking for just this piece of software… on vmware website any link you click on means hundreds of MB of download.
